Reasonably comfortable
Hotel is pleasantly located, Rooms were a good size and comfortable. Beds were clean and comfortable. Quite happy with the hotel!
The shower with all the buttons and gadgets was a nightmare and I would recommend removal of these for a plain and good shower! Breakfast could have had more western options for kids but I have a fussy kid! One of the 2 lifts only went to the lobby and you had to either wait or go to the floor above and then walk down the stairs, easy enough except when you have luggage! Otherwise quite happy with the hotel!

Great location but i wouldn’t stay again
Location Location Location.
2 things: - no hot water in the room. I stayed in room 601 and there is little to none hot water in the room. I raised it twice with the concierge before I walked out that they need to send someone to check as my girlfriend cannot take a cold shower. They kept saying Yes Yes but nothing happened. To add sult to the injury, water pressure was intermittenly slow and even nothing would come out during the morning. I’m not too sure what’s going on but there would be no comfy stay if there a proper shower cant be done - noisy as. 7.30am in the morning and I could hear loud noises, chairs dragging, feet thumping, heels walking, laughing and talking loudly from the corridor and above. Seriously, they need to better check the insulation to ensure noise protection at their best. Wouldn’t stay again.

Great location and excellent value for money!
Great location! The room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillow were very comfy. The staffs were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was also nice. I'll definitely book again in this hotel!

Good breakfast.
Good breakfast. Smoking area on each floor.
The bath tub leaked and flooded the bathroom floor. I called reception and they sent a man who did nothing. He did not wipe up the water or replace to wet bathmat. This happened just before I was going to sleep and I was not prepared to stay awake waiting for them any longer. They had a chance to improve the situation but they didn't.. They also have a bizarre and user unfriendly elevator system
